Any applicable travel fees are discussed and confirmed individually before the appointment is finalised.

Step 5: Arrange Secure Document Transfer

Do not upload confidential records through the general website form or send sensitive documents before agreeing on an appropriate transfer method with the practice.

Step 6: Confirm the Appointment

The practice will confirm the agreed arrangements and next steps.
