Occupational Therapy Resources
Welcome to the MNOT Occupational Therapy resources page.
This page provides general information about occupational therapy, functional abilities, work participation and the referral process.
Understanding Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy considers how a person’s abilities, circumstances and environment affect participation in everyday activities and meaningful roles.
Work and Functional Abilities
Work-related functional considerations may include the demands of particular tasks, a person’s abilities and limitations, and potential barriers to participation.
Workplace Considerations
Workplace assessments may help identify relevant functional demands and areas that may require further consideration.

If you are a healthcare professional, employer, legal representative or other potential referrer, please contact the practice to discuss the referral question and appropriate documentation.
MNOT Occupational Therapy operates on a mobile call-out basis, with appointments arranged at suitable locations across Gauteng. Availability and travel fees are confirmed individually.
